I received the product in 15 days. very easy to connect with the phone. The helmet was compatible with the intercom so there was headphone space but the product is a bit thick so the ear part is slightly tight. It's not too much trouble since my helmet has an ear pad. The microphone performance is good. High volume in speakers, but no bass, just high-pitched sound. I haven't tried it on the road yet. I'd say it's a product of the price.
